Now occasionally when exiting, the program freezes and the cursor is spinning. We need to go into task manager and exit the program. With the previous version, this did not happen (but we were on Windows 7).
We will be working with large PDF's (100+ pages) and insert/modify pages, then save and eventually close. Not all the time, but occasionally we will have this issue.
Can we revert back to the previous version to see if it happens? (6.1.23.1856)
We have tried uninstalling and re-installing with no success in fixing the problem. I know - because this does not happen all the time, it may be difficult to re-create.
What can we look at to try to fix this issue. I have seen other posts with same type of issue but no clear solution.
If you need more information, let me know.
